On a side note regarding shipping, when I hand over the package to the shipping company (GLS for Europe, AnPost for the rest of the World), delays etc etc can happen! I am not a shipping specialist, we pay people to do that, and so far, they are doing it well. But sometimes, delay can happen. It is your right to complain, but please, whatever happen, contact me first, but before anything, be patient. No packages were ever lost, and we rarely have delays, but once again, this is out of my hands, but I can help of course sorting this out with the shipping company.
